The version of the auction software used does not always provide and easy means of returning to the subcategory listings after placing a bid or making a direct purchase. To avoid the frustration of getting lost and having to return to the frontpage, when selecting to view a bidding page, open it using the right rather than the left mouse button (if you are using an IBM based computer - please someone tell me if there's a different way to do this if you use an Apple computer!). As soon as you have placed a bid, purchased the lot or decided that the item is not for you, simply close the tab and you will be automatically returned to your starting point.

SITE USER TIP: the "Watch This Item" function is very useful for tracking items of interest - you can also use your Watched Items List to find out prices realised after the auction closes.
