1990 - AP Postage Due card (PM201/Oct '85) with deficient postage + fee paid in stamps

Rare usage item  ... card was normally retained by the post office. $1.02 paid = 22c deficiency (article franked with postage of 43c rather than 65c) + 80c fee. Excellent clean condition.
