Cover has been opened on three sides (addressed to bank) but is in an o/wise excellent condition. Unusual to see "make up rate" definitives used to make up just the standard letter rate.
Only opened at top (unusual for Tas Govt department mail of the time). 1c QEII defin perf hard to find "on cover", even in this "make up rate" capacity for which the stamp was intended! Fine condition.
Excellent condition - franking makes up correct 57c rate (22c postage and 35c PP fee).
