The cover has a Sydney address on the flap .... although the usage is not supported by postal markings it's most likely that the 6d postage paid is for airmail Sydney/Melbourne (3d) then sea mail to Denmark (3d for ½oz.). The envelope has been reduced a fraction at L when opened.
Fine condition.
Endorsed "Australia Singapore London Air Mail" - no backstamps. Cover has been opened on 3 sides but this is not apparent unless inspected - fine appearance and appealing.
Opened on three sides with some wear apparent on the LR corner o/wise condition is excellent - quite exhibitable! B/W "on cover" c.v. is $50.
Some minor faults o/wise excellent condition.
Full domestic airmail postage paid for 1oz. (later waived for airmail to and from Tasmania). Excellent condition.
Small advertising cover to G.B. - 3x large 6d Kooka paid air mail rate for ½oz., 2d KGVI defin paid late fee for air mail. Opened a little roughly (intact though) with the RH stamp faulty due to extension beyond the right edge BUT overall condition is still quite excellent making the cover quite exhibitable.
1940 air mail covers to Switzerland via France are quite scarce.
