Excellent to fine condition.
PTPO for Encyclopaedia Britannica - flap is not stuck down.
Excellent condition.
"Flown to Birmingham" written on flap - must have been an air/rail combo. Fine condition.
Fine condition.
1d KGVI defin pays Printed Matter rate. A couple of small tears at the right end o/wise condition is excellent. Even though WWII was only about a month old when this cover was mailed, Sweden had become a scarce destination for other than air mail articles.
Some minor wear but scarce survivor and better condition than this would be most unusual.
Fine condition - large cachet on reverse provides flight details ... cover flown on "Flagship Washington". Seen elsewhere for sale @ £10.
Excellent to fine condition - 8d rate is correct. Quite a few of these were probably produced but this is the first example that I've seen (and I'd thought I'd seen them all ... souvenir items from the 1953 Coronation that is!)
Excellent to fine condition - Port Louis arrival b/stamp.
Clear arrival b/stamp - excellent condition.
Contains card with flight details. Fine condition.
