(QQ1810) TASMANIA · 1969: small cover returned to sender via Hobart DLO with 4 informative/instruction cancels two of which I have never seen before namely ENVOIS NON DISTRIBUABLES · UNDELIVERED ITEMS and MAIL BRANCH PMG'S DEPT. TASMANIA handstamps. The well-known return address on the back indicates that this is more-likely-than-not a "philatelic" item but it's still a valuable cover due to the rarity of some of the handstamps!
