(WW15093) TASMANIA · 1918 (November 12th): 2x real photo cards (probably by Ernest Winter - TASMA STUDIO nicely placed in frame!) showing views of the ARMISTICE CELEBRATIONS PARADE held at Burnie on that day · the sailors visible in the parade were from the HMAS "Coogee" which had a very short life in the Australian Navy · both cards are in fine condition and have messages on the back. The photo were taken from the same "vantage point" on the corner of Cattley and Wilson Streets. (2)
